Amongst the priorities of a company's training programme, continuing training is first place as knowledge becomes more important as a production factor. For the company this means that more knowledge among the co-workers can be all that seperates success from failure. Expanding the on-the-job training is the decisive way to prepare employees for future challenges. That is why further education in window manufacturing has always been one of the central points of the IQ-Concept programme.
