Increased light for the Lutterothstraße
The buildings are listed as historical monuments. Due to numerous damages to the facade and the balconies, the street side of the building was extensively renovated in 2018. Like all balconies, all windows were renewed. An attempt was made to restore the appearance of the building and to create more light for the living spaces thanks to the GEALAN-LUMAXX® system. The profiles were pre-milled in a sophisticated process in the exposed view area, so that even the corners offer the appearance of wooden windows.
