To create high-quality vinyl profiles for windows and doors, a high-performance dry blend is necessary. The supply to our plants and to our cooperation partners is covered by the core proficiency "dry-blend composition". In it, we place our know-how and experience in the selection of the ideal raw materials, their storage, transportation, mixture and finally in the processing to make extrudable dry-blends.

Dry blends consist of the main ingredient PVC and an assortment of additives that give the dry blend the desired processing characteristics as well as the characteristics of the final product. The dry blends are measured according to custom recipes that are optimised for the present extruding process and the extruder lines.
