"What are users looking for on our website, what information do they really need, how do they get answers and solutions to problems without beating about the bush? These are the questions that guided us in the development of the website," says GEALAN managing director Ivica Maurović.

Architects and planners have access to the GEALAN planning software 2.0 through myGEALAN, with which they can create BIM files for windows and doors. This makes working with Building Information Modeling even easier for them.

In a new private customer area, end customers can find extensive information about windows - which window is right for me, how can I renovate my windows, how important is soundproofing / burglary protection? etc. - and the website also offers a search function to find window manufacturers in their area.
With the relaunch, gealan.de has been completely brought up to the latest technical standards, the website is fast and optimised for mobile use, navigation is simple, the design is contemporary. All this increases the technical usability. At the same time, GEALAN focuses on user experience. Offers tailored to user groups create real added value, and the new customer portal myGEALAN increases customer loyalty and builds trust. "All this contributes to an optimal user experience - being on gealan.de means getting answers - technical, planning, aesthetic - and it also means having a positive experience and fun with the topic of windows", says Thomas Lagemann, art director at GEALAN.

The website is an important interface for GEALAN, where the company meets with partners and clients, exchanges information and interacts. "Every single user comes to our site because they have a need," says Lagemann, "and we want to fulfil that need as quickly and efficiently as possible".
The new GEALAN website was developed in an agile project together with an external agency and colleagues from home and abroad. Because not only the product, but also the development process is part of GEALAN's digital strategy, of which gealan.de is an important part.
