Golden Residential Complex: Pforzheim is famous as the city of gold – 75 percent of German jewellery comes from here. The location of the Belfort Suites is also golden – a former railway site in the middle of the city centre was developed for residential use.
The Belfort Suites comprise three building blocks with more than one hundred apartments in 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 room layouts from ground floor to penthouse – all with upscale fittings: underground parking, lift, underfloor heating, parquet flooring, glazed south-facing fronts, large balconies with a view of the Wallberg – “Suite” here stands for first-class, contemporary living in the city.
