Zemljište u Chwasczynu ima vrlo atraktivnu lokaciju. S jedne strane mladi i još uvijek u razvoju grad Gdynia; s druge povijesni Gdańsk s brojnim mjestima za rekreaciju. Kompleks se sastoji od dvadeset obiteljskih kuća i tvori zatvoreni ograđeni prostor. Stil kuća referira se na mediteransku arhitekturu i nadahnut je suvremenim arhitektonskim pravcima. Brojne staklene površine i prigušena paleta boja fasada upotpunjuju jednostavan, strogi oblik zgrade. Sve je pokriveno modernim krovom niskog nagiba. Na sjeverozapadu kompleks graniči s rubom šume. Tamnosiva nijansa stakala savršeno se slaže s bojom crijepa i lijepo kontrastira kremastoj nijansi zidova.

In 2012, the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy and Energy System Technology in Bremerhaven opened a new engineering building for testing rotor blades. The offices in the upper storeys are arranged in a wing-shaped layout and enjoy an impressive view of the North Sea.

In Wiesbaden on Westerwaldstrasse, during the energetic renovation of the apartment building which was built in 1926 in massive construction, the building’s layout was adjusted to meet modern requirements and the total living space was increased. Through the consistent use of energy-related measures, the energy consumption can be reduced considerably. To do this, the issues of building conservation had to be taken into account: narrow sight lines for the wing and mullion, no visible weep holes, a quality surface in crème-white tone RAL 9001 and grey seals. These recommendations could be best fulfilled with the established system GEALAN S 7000 IQ.
