The Chwaszczyno estate boasts a very attractive location. On one side, the young and still developing city of Gdynia; on the other, historic Gdańsk, offering a vast choice of leisure spots. The estate consists of twenty single-family homes and forms a gated complex, fully enclosed. The style of the houses refers to Mediterranean architecture and is inspired by modern architectural trends. Numerous glazed surfaces and a muted color palette for the facades complement the simple, austere building form. The whole is covered by a modern low-pitched roof. To the northwest, the estate borders a forest edge. The dark gray window tint harmonizes perfectly with the roof tiles' color and contrasts nicely with the building's creamy wall shade.

Building conservation and energetic renovation
Building conservation and energetic renovation
In Wiesbaden on Westerwaldstrasse, during the energetic renovation of the apartment building which was built in 1926 in massive construction, the building’s layout was adjusted to meet modern requirements and the total living space was increased. Through the consistent use of energy-related measures, the energy consumption can be reduced considerably. To do this, the issues of building conservation had to be taken into account: narrow sight lines for the wing and mullion, no visible weep holes, a quality surface in crème-white tone RAL 9001 and grey seals. These recommendations could be best fulfilled with the established system GEALAN S 7000 IQ.
