The GEALAN-LINEAR® system platform consistently picks up on the straightforward design language that is currently a defining style in architecture. Thanks to the angular design of GEALAN LINEAR® windows and doors, simple façades are created in a contemporary way. Now the 74 mm plastic profile system also has a flush design variant to offer.
The versatile all-rounder GEALAN-LINEAR® can be used universally: the 74 mm profile system for modern PVC windows and doors is just as suitable for new buildings as it is for renovations. As standard, the clear, angular system comes in a staggered version that gives the window spatiality. GEALAN-LINEAR® now offers a flush design option as an even more straightforward variant for the particularly discerning eye: this gives windows and doors a uniform, closed look.
Flush-mounted windows from the GEALAN-LINEAR® system integrate particularly harmoniously into building envelopes. Frame and sash merge into one unit. Only a narrow joint indicates where the window can be opened.
Together with the characteristic rectilinear flaps of GEALAN-LINEAR®, a striking window design is created that unexpectedly meets modern architectural requirements even in the case of PVC-U windows.
The flush look looks architecturally purist and contemporary and is ideal for modern construction projects. The clear, linear design also significantly enhances renovation projects.

The GEALAN-LINEAR® profile system offers a wide range of solutions on the basis of which modern windows, front doors or sliding doors can be manufactured. In all variants, the design-oriented system scores with a straightforward look that is based on contemporary architectural trends.
For further visual differentiation, GEALAN-LINEAR® is available with the durable GEALAN-acrylcolor® surface. This PMMA surface not only gives GEALAN plastic profiles colour and an elegant look, but also enhances them with functional advantages. The premium surface makes windows scratch-resistant, insensitive to dirt and resistant to weather influences. In this way, it extends the already long service life of PVC windows even further.
In terms of functionality, the GEALAN all-rounder seamlessly ties in with the captivating visual advantages. The well thought-out design of the main chambers and steel geometries ensures an unusually high level of stability despite the narrow installation depth: in the 74 mm GEALAN-LINEAR® system, even room-high elements are possible. Thanks to its multi-chamber design, the system also has a high degree of thermal insulation, sound insulation and safety.
The standard use of recyclate in the profile core reduces the proportion of virgin PVC. This contributes to the conservation of fossil resources and can reduce the CO₂ footprint in the production of the window profile compared to profiles without the use of recyclates.

BALANCE by GEALAN – CO₂-optimised window profiles with bio-attributed PVC
GEALAN continues to optimise its PVC profiles in terms of sustainability and resource conservation: with the new BALANCE variants, bio-attributed PVC has recently been used in the profile shell. This material made from renewable biomass enables additional CO₂ savings.
