The S 8000 is an economical rebate sealing solution with a construction depth of 74 mm. The profile system is fully designed for efficient processing. Depending on the requirement, it is offered with 5 chambers for excellent statics or 6 chambers for good thermal insulation. The spacious main chamber allows for massive steel reinforcements, providing the basis for stable elements even in large formats. Glazing thicknesses up to 48 mm are possible, and with the unique bonding technology STV® even glass thicknesses up to 50 mm. A comprehensive range of system accessories simplifies the implementation of various window and door applications. Besides functional benefits, the S 8000 system also offers different design options.
Window
The profiles in the system are designed for efficient processing and provide, thanks to their thoughtful design, a reliable basis for stable, durable window units. The version with 5 chambers offers a special structure, while the 6-chamber version impresses with good insulation values. S 8000 is suitable for various installation situations in new buildings or renovations, as it combines cost-efficiency with functionality.
Doors
Profiles from the S 8000 system are designed for high stability and durability. These form high-quality front doors in an easy manufacturing process. Their structure ensures good insulation values and reliable statics. The latter is supported by large steel reinforcements in the main chamber. Thanks to extensive equipment options, the doors flexibly fit various requirements and complement the windows from the system perfectly.
Surfaces
The S 8000 system combines performance and cost-efficiency with aesthetic demands. For custom construction projects, two types of surface solutions are available. Alongside classic white, numerous high-quality decorative foils are offered. This allows personal color and design preferences to be considered, so the windows and doors harmonize perfectly with the building.
