At the heart of each of the Bauhaus-style buildings is a beautifully planted courtyard designed to encourage the residents to relax and converse. The proximity to the Rheinaue park and the Rhein itself as well as the short distance to the city enhance the amenity of the multi-generational residential complex. This is further augmented by nearby facilities like schools, nursery schools and shops. The harmonious effect created by the façade and windows gives the building complex a fresh, modern look.

Architects Lieb + Lieb based in Freudenstadt designed a total of 112 premium rental apartments on the A 81 between Böblingen and Sindelfingen on behalf of the Municipal Supply Association of Baden-Württemberg (KVBW).

This architecturally elegant building containing eleven exceptional private apartments is located close to the centre of Waiblingen. Built in accordance with the requirements of the German Energy Saving Ordinance 2009, all the apartments enjoy generous south-facing panoramic windows made from high-quality GEALAN vinyl elements with a coloured acrylcolor surface, noise-reducing glass and electrically controlled shutters.

The Seepark complex developed by GWG Stuttgart is one of the most ambitious residential building projects in Stuttgart. Located in the Möhringen district, the first phase consisted of 183 residential units split over 11 buildings, all designed as rental apartments.
