The Seepark complex developed by GWG Stuttgart is one of the most ambitious residential building projects in Stuttgart. Located in the Möhringen district, the first phase consisted of 183 residential units split over 11 buildings, all designed as rental apartments.
The second Hamburg housing initiative saw the construction of a modern multi-generational residential complex in the Eimsbüttel district of Hamburg. The architectural practice "NeuStadtArchitekten" designed a five-storey passive complex with 16 private apartments, two communal areas, an underground car park and two staircases for a joint building venture.
Existing six-storey apartment buildings in Senftenberg were converted into a modern residential complex in three stages. The complex is located on the southern edge of the historic city centre and is part of a residential complex bordered by Lake Senftenberg to the south and the city park with its castle and fortress to the east.
