GEALAN‑KONTUR® meets all requirements for modern window systems. The premium system is suitable for new builds as well as renovations. Thanks to well-designed profiles, it creates high-quality windows and front doors. The 82.5‑mm technology impresses with its robust construction and optimal structural stability. It also allows for glazing thicknesses of up to 66 mm with an aluminum cladding (otherwise 56 mm). The fixed middle sealing dome increases protection against break-in attempts. Impressive performance values for thermal insulation, soundproofing, and weather resistance are achieved by GEALAN‑KONTUR® through its multi-chamber construction and smart sealing concept with three sealing levels. The use of intensive core insulation IKD® further improves the thermal properties of windows and doors made from GEALAN‑KONTUR® profiles.
GEALAN‑KONTUR® sets modern accents on façades with its straight design language. On the window inside, glazing beads with an angular look are also available. The system ensures plenty of daylight with narrow sightlines and high glass content. For GEALAN‑KONTUR® design, stylish decorative foils and the durable surface GEALAN-acrylcolor® with its wide color range offer huge choice. Alternatively, aluminum claddings provide more design freedom. They emphasize the clear form and are available in all RAL colors. Another specifically developed sash profile with aluminum claddings reduces sightline and overlap widths for an even more design-focused appearance.

Doors
GEALAN‑KONTUR® is an 82.5mm profile system. Its multi-chamber design with geometry optimized against break-ins provides security, excellent insulation with three sealing levels, and high stability. Through an automatable manufacturing process, these profiles become premium front, balcony, and patio doors. They complement the windows from the system or visually fit perfectly into modern architecture.
Burglary Protection
The geometry of GEALAN-KONTUR® has been specifically optimized for stability and burglary protection. The fixed central sealing bead of the 82.5 mm system acts as an effective barrier against burglary tools like screwdrivers. Reinforced profile ribs additionally secure critical attack points and increase the overall system's resistance. This results in robust window and door elements, allowing burglary protection up to Class RC3.
Surfaces
Contemporary PVC windows now come in a vast range of designs beyond classic white tones. GEALAN-KONTUR® also offers a wide selection of modern surface solutions. One option is color design using high-quality decorative foils. Another is to enhance GEALAN-KONTUR® functionally and aesthetically with the durable PMMA surface GEALAN‑acrylcolor®.
Aluminum Cladding Shells
GEALAN‑KONTUR® is designed for use with cladding shells made of aluminum. They enhance the weather resistance of window elements and emphasize their angular design. The fact that the shells can be produced in all RAL colors offers great design flexibility. Even more design focus is provided by a special sash profile, which is combined exclusively with aluminum shells and enables reduced visible and overlap widths.
GEALAN-KONTUR® already offers clear advantages in production. The system supports different production methods and is ideal for automated processes. For example, GEALAN-KONTUR® allows automatic notching of the frame for external and internal building connections. The middle sealing in the sash is designed for optional mechanical insertion. The flat sash rebate creates ideal conditions for automated wet bonding. The also flat frame rebate enables automation in fixed glazing. Additionally, GEALAN-KONTUR® is consistently designed for modern bonding techniques. The universal sash rebate allows for wet bonding, classic glazing blocks, or bonding with the innovative STV® technology.
