BIM Success Continues: GEALAN named 'most innovative brand' at the BIMobject Awards 2026

Recently, GEALAN's BIM data won Gold for the fourth time at the Architects Darling Awards. Now, another accolade follows for the digital window planning of the future: At the BIMobject Awards 2026, GEALAN was recognized as the 'most innovative brand' among around 2,500 companies worldwide.
BIMobject, with about six million users, is a leading global planner platform – serving as a digital library for Building Information Modeling (BIM) content. Each year, the platform operators honor companies that take a leading role in digital construction through innovative design, high-quality product data, and strong engagement in the BIM community. This year, GEALAN is proud to receive the BIMobject Award 2026 in the category of 'most innovative brand.' Around 2,500 companies worldwide, providing their digital BIM data on the platform for further processing, were evaluated.
“Innovation, Quality and Commitment Pay Off”
Özkan Arslan, Head of System Development, Application Technology, and Digital Planning at GEALAN, welcomes this prestigious recognition: “After about eight years on this great platform, I – together with my team at GEALAN Fenstersysteme GmbH – feel very proud of this award. It proves that continuous innovation, quality, and dedication pay off. Many thanks to BIMobject and everyone who shares this journey with us!”
“Seamless Digital Workflow”
According to BIMobject, innovation is the key to progress in construction and design. In the 'most innovative brand' award category, the platform preselected 15 companies on a shortlist that “bring fresh ideas to the market and rethink how products are developed, presented, and used in digital workflows.”
The platform operators explained the award to the plastic systems specialist as the most innovative company of 2026: “GEALAN stands out for creating a seamless digital workflow connecting BIM-based planning with real tendering. By integrating GEALAN Planner Software 3.0 into the Tendoo platform, architects can smoothly transition from configuration to supplier connection in a continuous process.”
Furthermore, BIMobject praises GEALAN’s offering, decorated with over 11,000 active planners and numerous industry awards, as “...redefining how digital tools create real value in construction. Congratulations to GEALAN for raising the bar in digital innovation.”
