The badge confirms the PVC system provider's ongoing, highly committed, and successful dedication to its employees and focus on their best possible development within the company. Companies cannot apply for this award; instead, they are nominated based on the analysis by the LEADING EMPLOYERS initiative. GEALAN has been nominated since 2022. With this repeated award, GEALAN once again ranks among the top 1% of tens of thousands of employers nationwide.

The LEADING EMPLOYERS initiative selects awarded companies through an "independently conducted study based on millions of metadata," according to its website. The study evaluates "the big picture," including "employee satisfaction, working conditions, values understanding, job security, prosperity, HR expertise, image, environmental awareness, and much more." Around 70,000 companies in Germany were analyzed and rated through a complex selection process. The data sources include online platforms, media reports, and business figures.
