Conditions of participation
The Promotion is organised by GEALAN Fenster-Systeme GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "GEALAN"), Hofer Straße 80, 95145 Oberkotzau. All persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Only persons who have participated within the promotional period from 21.03.2023 to 10.04.2023 23:59 are eligible to win.
Participation takes place by commenting on the corresponding competition posts on GEALAN's social media channels (within the campaign period).
Three winners will be drawn by lot from all participants who meet the entry requirements on 11.4.2023. The winners will then be contacted by GEALAN via a personal message on the relevant social media channel (Facebook or Instagram). The winners must get back to GEALAN within 14 days with their full email address and other necessary address details. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The prize is not transferable to another person.
GEALAN shall be entitled to exclude individual persons from participation - also retroactively by withdrawing any prize that may have been won - if there are justified reasons. This may be, for example, a violation of the conditions of participation, undue influence in this context, manipulation, the existence of a so-called participation bot or similar.
GEALAN reserves the right to change the conditions of the promotion at any time, or to terminate or temporarily suspend the promotion for good cause without prior notice. The legal process is excluded. Note: This promotion is not affiliated with Facebook / Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook / Instagram.
Data protection
The collection, processing and use of personal data is based on the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
Participation takes place by commenting on the competition post. The data will only be used to conduct the prize draw, notify the winner and award the prize. In order to transmit the prize, your personal data may be passed on to the respective cooperation partner. After completion of the competition, this data will be deleted. Beyond this, no further processing or use of personal data will take place.
Participants may at any time request information about their stored data and/or object to the storage and/or use of their data with effect for the future and request the deletion or blocking of their personal data.
