Our proven GEALAN-SMOOVIO® sliding system is now even more flexible. Because with HAUTAU Move, GEALAN has expanded its range of hardware configurations. This means window manufacturers now have even more opportunities with GEALAN-SMOOVIO® to offer space-saving sliding solutions.
Living space is precious and thus should be utilised in an optimal fashion. GEALAN-SMOOVIO® combines the space-saving comfort of a sliding solution with extraordinary impermeability. This is made possible by an interplay of perfectly matched hardware components, innovative profile geometry and optimised seals.
The proven GEALAN-SMOOVIO® sliding system is now even more flexible – there where intelligent components are secretly doing their job. Because GEALAN has expanded its range of mounting configurations for you – all tested with GEALAN-SMOOVIO® and approved. Expanding our mounting solutions to include HAUTAU Move means that GEALAN can now offer you matching aluminium guide rails to optimally integrate sliding components in the GEALAN-SMOOVIO® system. The new hardware opens up even more possibilities for window manufacturers to offer space-saving sliding solutions with GEALAN-SMOOVIO®.
The HAUTAU Move system, which can be combined with GEALAN-SMOOVIO®, ensures a high level of impermeability as standard with its all-round closure technology. Moreover, this robust hardware system has been manufactured for ease of assembly and is easy to operate – thus fulfilling the key criteria that distinguish GEALAN’s proven sliding solution.
With both hardware versions – Roto Patio Inowa and HAUTAU Move – a high level of operating convenience is guaranteed at all times for sliding windows or doors from the GEALAN-SMOOVIO® system:
- Convenient opening – even in the case of heavy sashes – owing to simple handle operation
- Convenient closing via a familiar turning movement to the sash handle
- Positively controlled, uniform closing movement of all locking points
- Innovative closing movement transversely to the frame profile
- Locking points in the middle break as well
- All closing points are handle-operated

Construction starts on another GEALAN milestone: At the Tanna production and logistics site, the groundbreaking ceremony took place for a state-of-the-art recycling hall with additional silos. The project will cost around 6 million euros. Completion is planned for 2027, with the hall equipped with advanced recycling technology and fully operational by 2028.
