LEADING EMPLOYER 2025: GEALAN once again top employer in Germany

GEALAN will continue to be one of the best employers in Germany in 2025. The renewed award as "LEADING EMPLOYER" is already the fourth recognition of this kind in a row. The signet confirms GEALAN's commitment to its employees in the long term, with great commitment and success, and to keeping an eye on their best possible development within the company.

Companies cannot apply for the award, they are nominated after the analysis of the LEADING EMPLOYERS initiative. Just like GEALAN for the fourth year in a row. This means that GEALAN is once again among the top 1% of tens of thousands of employers in Germany.

About LEADING EMPLOYERS: 

According to its website, the LEADING EMPLOYERS initiative selects the award-winning companies in an "independently conducted study based on several million metadata". The study evaluates "the big picture", as it says: "Employee satisfaction, working conditions, understanding of values, job security, prosperity, HR expertise, image, environmental awareness and much more." A total of around 70,000 companies in Germany were analysed and evaluated through a complex selection process. The database comes from online portals, media reports or business figures, for example.
