GEALAN‑KUBUS® is highly versatile. The 82.5 mm profile system suits both renovations and premium new builds, focusing on performance and energy efficiency alongside modern design. The system creates windows and door elements with large glass surfaces that flood interiors with light. The cubic system dimension is 100 mm for both frame-sash combinations and mullions. This consistent visible width ensures visual symmetry and elegance. A tested Uf value of 0.88 W/(m²K), 48 mm glazing in the sash, and IKD® foam technology in the frame deliver excellent thermal insulation—up to Passive House suitability per ift guideline WA-15/2. STV® bonding technology reinforces stability, enabling large sash elements with heights up to 2.50 m.
GEALAN‑KUBUS® features a consistently minimalist form. This design-driven all-glass window system enables large glass areas for high transparency and ample daylight indoors. On the interior side, it impresses with a flush-mounted look, while the right-angled overlap outside creates a harmonious appearance. The uniform 100 mm system dimension for frame-sash combinations and mullions provides symmetrical proportions. The frame overlap features a shallow 3-degree incline emphasizing the clean design language. Depending on the installation, options include fully visible, semi-concealed, or nearly invisible frames. Omitting glazing beads accentuates the pure system character. Additional design freedom comes from the premium GEALAN‑acrylcolor® surface finish.

GEALAN‑KUBUS® is an 82.5mm profile system. Its cubic design convinces not only through strong performance values, such as passive house suitability, but also with versatile design options. The profiles form high-quality patio and balcony doors. These complement the windows from the system or also integrate perfectly as standalone elements into modern architecture.
Passive House Compatibility
GEALAN‑KUBUS® is designed for high energy efficiency. A verified Uf value of 0.88 W/(m²K) forms the basis for excellent thermal insulation properties. In combination with 48 mm glazing in the sash and IKD® foam technology in the frame, it achieves outstanding insulation values. This system meets the requirements for energy-efficient building concepts up to Passive House suitability according to WA‑15/2.
Enormous Design Freedom
GEALAN‑KUBUS® offers maximum design flexibility. The profiles create windows with sash elements up to 2.50m high. Depending on the specific construction situation, variants with fully visible, semi-concealed, or nearly invisible frames are available. The flush appearance on the inside is just as visually appealing as the right-angled overlap on the outside of the window and door elements.
Surfaces
For GEALAN-KUBUS®, various surface solutions are available. The versatile design options go far beyond standard white typical for plastic windows. One option is designing the profile exterior with GEALAN-acrylcolor®. The durable premium surface enhances PVC windows not only functionally but also aesthetically. The extensive range of high-quality decorative foils also offers a huge color variety.
