"Moja Malta" in Poznań is another project by the renowned developer SGI. The building features windows with acrylcolor technology. The well-known architectural studio of Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński designed this beautiful place. The building is designed in a very modern style, shown by its simple form, elegant design, attention to detail, and numerous large windows that give the whole a light feel. The windows used in the project perfectly emphasize the luxury aspect of the estate. The distinctive gray color blends well with the black-and-white palette, highlighting its depth. The estate’s appearance reflects Poznań’s modern character; excellent location and highest construction standards are Moja Malta’s main advantages.

Transformation and redevelopment
The seven urban villas of the second building phase continue the positive change to the housing development "Neue Burg" which started back in 2008 with the transformation of the existing buildings from the 1960s.

Modern meets tradition
Modern meets tradition
A successful synthesis of historicism and modern architecture forms the new brewery complex with adjoining beer shop. The cubic and very clearly structured new build in terms of form is an addition to other properties on the former firing range for the Czech army. The resulting lightness benefits from the unique location with a view of the bordering Central Bohemian Uplands. The large windows contribute a large part of the overall impression of the complex, on the outside they are painted in the popular colour DB 703 and on the inside they are slate grey. With this building, the tradition of beer brewing is going back to its roots in a region with a substantial hop production.

Renovating an apartment building
Renovating an apartment building
Where a small baroque house torn down in 1959 once stood, there is now a 6 storey building complex with 20 apartments in total in Bamberg city centre. Whilst renovating the building which is close to the centre with good transport connections, the designing architect was able to create a modern design complying to sound insulation class 4 despite a construction style from the 1950s and it being a protected building. Concurrently, it was all about tying in the modified facade in terms of the colour concept which was developed especially for the building, with the structure which was already there. Crucially, the modern French casement windows made from the GEALAN-System S 9000 helped the architect fulfil his aim. With their size and colour coordination, they fit harmoniously into the image of Markusstrasse as a whole.
