Wellness complex hotel

Ambitious reconstruction project in Lithuania. Birštonas is a unique holiday resort known for its year-round open mineral water springs in the heart of Lithuania. The construction of the SPA Centre began in early 1983, but remained incomplete. In 2014 reconstruction work began, one of the largest reconstruction projects in Lithuania, which was completed in 2018 with the opening of one of the best wellness complexes in the Baltic States, "Vytautas Mineral SPA". The most important task of the architects was to preserve and highlight valuable post-modern elements of the building. The GEALAN S 9000 window and door system was chosen to achieve the best sound and heat insulation properties, while the RAL 7016 colour on both sides of the window perfectly combines the various internal and external components and materials.
