Light and dark contrasts are the central characteristic of the residential and commercial building located centrally in Kerpen’s district of Sindorf.
The light, cream-coloured brick facade is offset by dark balcony railings and dark window designs with the GEALAN S 9000 profile system in the colour GEALAN-acrylcolor® anthracite grey. The colour concept is rounded off by external Venetian shutters in a dark colour.
Large-scale, floor-to-ceiling windows paired with transparent glass safety rails are used in the 18 residential flats and two commercial units to let in lots of light. The light-flooded apartments are in high demand with Kerpen’s district of Sindorf currently growing from a village into a small town. Things are booming here thanks to the good transportation connection: from here it takes only 24 minutes on the S-Bahn to get to the city of Cologne on the Rhine.
