A house by the sea: The holiday villa is located in Dajla, near Novigrad. With a floor plan of 50 and a plot of 270 square metres it is tiny, but really big in design and style. The jewel is the terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the blue Mediterranean sea.
Like all the neighbouring houses, the villa is oriented towards the shady north side. In order to still bring a lot of the golden light of Istria into the interior, all windows and the gallery facing east were optimised in position and dimension for a large amount of daylight - a task that fixed and lift-and-slide doors from the GEALAN S 9000 system fulfil perfectly. Equipped with aluminium shells in white, they also realise an absolutely contemporary design.
